Delivery & Shipping in Pakistan
Free delivery all over Pakistan, cash on delivery, and you can open the parcel before you pay. Here is exactly how it works.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation on working days. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days depending on your city:
- Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad: usually 3–5 working days
- Other cities and towns: usually 4–6 working days
- Remote areas: up to 8 working days
You will receive a tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp once your parcel is handed to the courier.
How much does shipping cost?
Delivery is free on every order worth above 1750 PKR, anywhere in Pakistan. Order value below 1750 PKR will be charged 250 PKR delivery charges.
Cash on delivery
You pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives. We also offer Bank Transfers, on which you get 100 RS off on your total amount.
Allow to open
You may open and inspect the parcel before paying the courier on eligible items. Check that the product is what you ordered and that it is not damaged. If something is wrong, you can refuse the parcel on the spot and pay nothing.
Please note: allow-to-open means inspecting the item, not testing it for an extended period. The courier will wait a couple of minutes, not twenty.
What if I am not home?
The courier will attempt delivery again, usually the next working day or within 48 hours. If two attempts fail, the parcel returns to us. If you know you will be out, reply to your confirmation message and we will reschedule.
Wrong address or phone number
Most failed deliveries are caused by an incomplete address or an unreachable phone number. Please include a nearby landmark and a number that is switched on during the day.
