Refund, Replacement & Open Parcel Policy
Open Parcel / Check Before Payment
We offer an Open Parcel / Check Before Payment facility for our customers. You may open and inspect the product before making payment to the courier. If you are not satisfied with the product at the time of delivery, you may return it immediately to the rider.
No Money-Back Refund Policy
We strictly do not offer money-back refunds under any circumstances once the order has been accepted and payment has been made.
Please make sure to properly check the product during delivery before accepting the parcel.
Damaged or Defective Products
In the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective product, we provide a free first-time replacement.
Replacement Conditions:
- The issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Clear evidence (photos/videos) of the issue may be required.
- The product must not have physical damage caused by misuse, drops, water, or unauthorized repair attempts.
- Replacement is only applicable for manufacturing defects or damage received during delivery.
Replacement Process
To claim a replacement:
- Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
- Share your order details along with photos/videos of the issue.
- Once verified, our team will arrange the replacement process.
Important Notes
- Accessories or free gifts included with products may not be covered under replacement warranty.
- Replacement requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
- We reserve the right to reject replacement claims if the product shows signs of misuse or intentional damage.
